Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

Staten Island is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Staten Island is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

DELICIOUS. the sandwiches were varied and scrumptious, macaroons and chocolate dipped cherries! a wonderful place to bring your best friend or close relative to have some sunday chit chat. 10/10 would recommend

Came here a year ago to celebrate my moms birthday/ Motherβs Day. We wanted a unique and intimate experience and The Vintage Tea was the perfect place. Itβs so cozy inside, well kept up and so intentionally and thoughtfully decorated, you feel like youβre at home there. The assortment of teas was amazing, my sister, mom and I all have different tastes but each found something that worked for us. And they have cute finger sandwiches and pastries. Wendy is one of the owners and personally came out to check on us. Thereβs nothing like the experience here, perfect for your next girls day! I also hosted a poetry event with them and Wendy and Michelle were both so kind and helpful with bringing my vision to life. Everyone was obsessed with the space and how instantly they felt welcomed and comforted within it.

The place itself is ABSOLUTELY phenomenal if you are looking for a good spot to relax and enjoy with friends and family. The decorum has a homey and vintage look with a little pizzazz in the mix. The service is quick and they offer a variety of options to choose from. I went to the bingo night with a couple of friends of mine and we were accommodated in an orderly and professional manner. We were each given a menu of different teas to choose from along with a selection of desserts and scones. Each person was given a teapot of the tea of their choice and they came with refreshers. The game of bingo went well and prizes were well thought and go according to the theme the team curates. This was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this place for their hospitality and aesthetics.(10/10)

This cozy tea shop is unlike the others. I've been to many places just for the afternoon tea, but they all seem commercialized. This one makes you feel at home, in the most warm and wonderful way possible. They have an impressive selection of teas, so even the pickiest drinkers can find something suitable for them. The food is freshly made. I need to mention that they have a delicious roast beef sandwich with sweet onions! And the homemade pineapple jam is the best I've ever had! The Vintage Tea is great for all ages, even the little ones. (They have a kid's tea menu with options like PB&J, marshmallow fluff, and Nutella) Shout out to Wendy for making our visit so pleasant. We usually only visit a tea place once and move on to the next (we have a loooong list of places to try) but I can't wait to visit you guys again! β€οΈ

This is the most charming and quaint place I have ever been to. Itβs a very intimate setting and reservation only. This tiny Place has so much character. The people who own it are so sweet. Everything was wonderful. They have a beautiful selection of teas to choose from, I had the βsweet spotβ which was a chocolate caramel and butterscotch tea, and it was absolutely delightful. The sandwiches were amazing and the assorted jams and desserts were also delicious, my sister and I cleaned our plates. We had such an amazing experience here. Looking forward to coming back!
